Presenters Guidelines
The conference hall is equipped with a laptop running MS PowerPoint and PDF Acrobat reader.
RTNS track papers
Presenters of accepted papers are required to prepare a 20-minute presentation. Your presentation is scheduled in a 25-minute slot, please stay in the allotted time to allow 5 minutes for questions. The slide support format for your presentation must be either .pptx () or .pdf () format. Upload it together with a short bio file in .txt format.
Please name your file using the following format:
Presentation File: [Session_ID]_[session_slot].[pptx|pdf]
Short Biography File: [Session_ID]_[session_slot].txt
(Example: if your paper is the second talk of the Session #1, the file names will be: S1_2.pptx and S1_2.txt)
